___MEMBERSHIP: Contact new members and greet them to Friends. Work with Saddlebrooke and other community organizations to broaden the FCCS membership base through individual contact, media information, and talks to other groups. Work to match volunteers with FCCS or CCS needs. Track member contributions of effort or funds so that appropriate recognition can be given either individually or at awards ceremonies.

___FOOD AND CLOTHING BANK VOLUNTEER: Manage food drives, pickups, and deliveries for the Food Bank. Work with Unit representatives to develop food contribution events. Contact local businesses to contribute food items to Food Bank. Prepare and hand out food packages at the Food Bank in two-hour shifts. Sort donated clothes and stock client area at the Clothing Bank; pick up and/or gather donated items.

___COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLICITY: Write articles for local and area newsletters/newspapers, design and prepare banners and flyers, give talks to clubs and other organizations, and deliver publicity material to residents. This committee would develop publicity and communications materials, e.g., brochures and infonnation packages; and work with other committees to develop their communications materials, e.g., solicitation materials and web site information.

___COMPUTER SUPPORT OR ADMINISTRATIVE: Computer skills to include either Processing, Graphics, Data Base Mgmt or other. Support both the CCS and the FCCS with technical advice, maintenance management, software support, etc. Develop a FCCS member database and compile and distribute an e-mail newsletter.

___INFANTS/TODDLERS CLOTHING DRIVE: Participate in various ways to requester infants & toddlers clothes for the Clothing Bank. This is a major need of the Clothing Bank.

___FUND RAISING: Develop grant requests, identify and stay in contact with potential contributors, prepare input for the contributions data base, write letters requesting donations, search the internet for grant-giving organizations, sell tickets for CCS fund raisers, Work with charitable and service organizations to include FCCS in their funding programs.   Work with Communications Committee to develop information for media and for FCCS representatives who are speaking to potential donor groups.

___MAINTENANCE & DECORATING: Make minor repairs to plumbing, woodwork, electrical, tile, etc. Locate and contract with craftsmen/contractors to manage major or complicated repairs. Refurbish and repaint interior as needed.

___YOUTH PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT & ASSISTANCE: Work with youth organizations such as Boy Scouts, Pima Youth Partnership, Boys and Girls clubs, and the Catalina Recreation Center to support existing programs and develop new programs, assist youth group leaders with items such as chaperoning and transport.

___SPECIAL EVENTS: Primary duties would be to organize special events (e.g. Santa's Right Hand, Fashion Show), joint marketing efforts with outside businesses, CCS open house, awards meetings or celebrations, etc.
