Minutes:

 

  1. Call to Order @ 1905 – Members present:   Mark Miller, JoAnne Linnemann, Kristie Foss, Paulette Stark, Tommy Tucker, & Sue Campbell Members absent:   Mark Kendall (excused)
  2. Additions to Advance Agenda/Order of the Day - none
  3. Review/Corrections if any to prior posted minutes – March minutes approved
  4. Secretaries Report – Joanne Linneman
  5. Treasurers’ Report – Tommy Tucker – election day is May 3rd – renewal of existing terms – Vista de la Montanya Methodist Church from 0900-1600.    Website charge came off account but tommy didn’t have the figure – $935.74 with two internal payments still pending – one deposit for $15 - shirt sale.
  6. Public Safety/Community Services –
    1. Sheriff’s Dept Report – not in attendance
    2. Golder Ranch Fire Department Report – Not in attendance 

7.    Standing Committee Reports/Action items

a.    Commercial, Residential & Subdivision – Mark Kendall

b.    communications committee- web site sue campbell & mark Kendall – working on web site – updated within 30 days – before May meeting we’ll have the website ready.   Shooting for 10th of May.  Will also be announcing meeting for May and interview the Village Council so folks can get a better view.   Arizona Sonoran Desert Coalition speaker.  

c.    Arroyo Grande study committee- paulette starks – Work in progress – isn’t much to do at the moment because we’re waiting for results of the fall elections (Sonoran Desert conservation Project)

d.    Long range planning - tommy tucker – Several people have demonstrated an interest in restarting a Long Range Planning Committee that was previously nixed by Council.  

e.    Community relations- Kristie foss – nothing current to report

  2. Call to audience –
    1. Oro Valley is holding a couple more Development Services open houses but it arrived in a file that Mark Miller could not open.  He will email them to Sue Campbell and she will be able to open it.
